Peak Kommunizm has more than 30 routes. The most difficult is from the Beliaeva glacier; quite steep, characterized by Puzo (Paunch), rock wall from 600 to 800 meters with an incline of more then 80 degree.

On the Western face is the normal classical route, Burevestnik, it runs along the ridge. The normal route is not too difficult; it begins at Moskvina basecamp and goes up towards the South along the Waltera glacier.
